WHAT IS CRUISING CLUB
Cruising Club offers members shared ownership opportunities in a range of cruisers, yachts and sport fishing vessels. This is the ideal lifestyle investment for those people who love being on the water. Membership gives you priveleges in a range of locations within Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Each location is situated in an exclusive destination celebrated for world-class recreation.

Our Program provides a practical and cost effective way to realise the dream of owning a luxury sport fisher, cruiser or yacht without the inconvenience of maintenance, management and cleaning. Individuals, families, couples, companies and retirees can all enjoy a spectacular lifestyle enhancement for a lot less than one would typically expect to pay.

HOW IT WORKS
Each vessel is secured by an ownership structure in which the purchase of an equity share entitles the member to corresponding use of the boat for a predetermined period - up to the useful life of the boat.

This ownership based system ensures that a member’s equity and access rights are completely secure. Incoming members can purchase one or more shares in their preferred boat. Each share entitles the member to a defined number of long term ‘pre-booked’ and short term ‘standby’ days access to the boat each year.

When the boat is sold at the end of its ‘useful life’ period, each member receives a ‘pro-rata’ refund from the nett proceeds of the sale in accordance with the equity they hold. Typically, boats offered consist of 12 equal shares. Built around flexibility, potential owners can purchase one or multiple shares, depending on their own usage requirements.
