The crew you have over there are unreal. Corky must be the best skipper I have ever fished with and the most fun to be around on a boat for 6 days/5 nights. You just need to teach him the Aussie way to cook snags and he’ll be the best cook in Vanuatu as well. Also the decky Sennick was the most professional deck hand that I have ever fished with in 25 years of fishing, and he tried to catch us fish 24/7 so you cannot complain about that. We all got off the boat saying it was amazing and it was the best trip all off us have ever been on. We just could not believe the lengths that the crew would go to to catch us fish as most of the time we had 7 or 8 lines in the water at once, without a tangle the whole week. The boat was also unreal to fish out off and live in. It was over and above what I was expecting to fish on.
I still have not stopped talking about it and looks like I have already rounded up a crew for next year. Also to you and the staff at the Sydney office, it all went like clock work from the time we left Sydney until we got home, there were no stuff ups at all which made the trip even better. So yes I loved it and yes I’m coming back next year with Luke again, and a mate each and hopefully we will convince lots of others that it is worth leaving Australia if you really want to fish in the best fishing grounds in the world.
Oh yes the fish! What can I say, the fish were there 24/7 if you wanted to catch them. You guys seem to have all the hot spots worked out. It is also a pleasure to fish with people who believe in tag and release to preserve our fish so that one day I can take my boys over there to catch big fish as well.
