Giant trevally or GT as they are most commonly known are abundant through out Vanuatu's 83 islands. Fishing the currents and steep walls around most of these islands allow you a real shot at 100lb+ giant trevally. There is nothing more exhilarating than casting a popper into the GT's haunt and experiencing the ferocious explosion as a GT engulfs your lure from beneath. Our live on board GT trips allow you the opportunity to fish remote locations throughout the islands known to hold big fish. Casting poppers and dropping jigs are the main techniques for targeting GT's, but are also effective for other species including dogtooth tuna, coral trout, red bass and green job fish. We also carry two tenders for accessing the shallow flats and reef edges.
